Using Lazy Calories
Lazy Calories provides tools for organizing food records and generating calorie and macronutrient estimates from photos or text. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. The privacy policy explains how information is handled.
Food estimates are informational
AI results, calorie budgets, activity adjustments, nutrition summaries, and food suggestions are estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. They are provided for general wellness and informational use. Lazy Calories is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutrition, diagnosis, or treatment advice. Do not rely on it for an allergy, eating-disorder treatment, medication decision, medical condition, or emergency. Seek a qualified professional when accuracy affects your health.
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes a monthly hosted AI allowance. LazyCalories Pro is optional and raises that allowance. Available features, limits, billing period, and localized price are shown in the app before purchase.
- Google Play processes payment. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Google Play before the renewal date.
- Cancellation normally leaves Pro active until the end of the paid period. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Google Play’s policies and applicable law.
- A Pro entitlement is bound to one Lazy Calories installation at a time. The app may offer an explicit transfer to a new installation.
- Unused monthly AI allowance does not roll over and has no cash value.
- Plan limits may be adjusted prospectively to manage provider cost, abuse, or service reliability. Material changes will be disclosed in the app or on this site where practical.
Hosted AI access is routed through TokenGate and is also subject to the TokenGate terms. Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play’s terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the photos, text, and other content you choose to process. Do not submit content you lack the right to use, unlawful content, another person’s sensitive information without permission, or secrets such as passwords and purchase tokens. Protect your device and any unencrypted backup ZIP files you create.
You must not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited, evade usage limits or integrity controls, automate abusive requests, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
Features can depend on Android, Google Play, Health Connect, network access, AI providers, and other third parties. We may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Local-only features may continue when hosted AI is unavailable, but this is not guaranteed for every function or device.
Ownership and feedback
Lazy Calories, its site, and original app materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant the limited permission needed to process that content and return the requested feature result. If you send feedback, we may use it without an obligation to compensate you.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Aceves Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or decisions made from food or health estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or end access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach. Pro cancellation remains subject to Google Play.
