Photos do not appear
Open Android Settings, find Lazy Calories permissions, and review Photos and videos access. On newer Android versions, you can add selected photos without granting access to the full library.

Start with the checks below. If the issue remains, email us with your Android version and a short description.
An AI estimate fails
Check your connection and Plan & AI Allowance in app settings. A clear photo, useful meal context, or a shorter text description can help. You can always enter calories manually.
Health data is missing
Open the Health Connect section in settings and review permissions. Lazy Calories needs the individual permissions for calories, weight, and nutrition sync. You remain in control of these permissions in Health Connect.
Backup or restore
Choose a folder in Backups before creating a ZIP. Keep backup files private because they are not encrypted. A restore replaces the app’s current local records with the backup contents.
Pro or billing
Use Plan & AI Allowance to refresh purchase status or open Google Play subscription management. Pending purchases activate only after Google Play confirms payment.
Delete data
See the deletion controls for local data, backups, Health Connect records, subscriptions, and hosted usage records. Do not email photos, health data, or purchase tokens.
